HP shows off Envy 27-inch standalone IPS monitor with Beats Audio for $499!

HP has launched a new 27″ LCD IPS monitor under the Envy brand. HP Envy gives a stunning trendy look with thin bezel, and floating stand design.

Not only the picture quality offered is good but even the audio quality is enduring! HP has included Beats audio technology with built in speakers, so that users experience a sound that is significantly better than other integrated solutions.

The built-in speakers are angled upward  to deliver high-quality midrange and high frequencies as well as rich bass. There is also a headphone jack, sub-woofer, and a digital audio output.

Coming to the display screen, the monitor is edge-to-edge glass and is 13.95 mm thick. Obviously in-plane switching enables you for switching horizontal and vertical viewing angles up to 178 degrees.
