The Beautiful Changsha meixi lake pedestrian bridge for China’s Hunan province!

Dutch firm NEXT Architects have won the international architecture design competition for the ‘changsha meixi lake pedestrian bridge’. The bridge will span across a river in Changsha in China’s Hunan province.

But why this is special?! This bridge will look nonetheless like an ordinary one!  Its an ultimately different concept based on the Möbius ring. Three individual paths interleave, rise, and fall, giving it the appearance of an optical illusion. Another project architect Michel Schreinemachers says, that it also involves a knot found in ancient Chinese folk art.
