The Gigantic Aeroscraft Airship Is Ready! Ground tests completed.

Looks like an alien vehicle to earth? Or a Blimp? Or a plane? Ah all your guesses went wrong! It is an Airship, Created by Aeros’ Aeroscraft Division. Aeroscraft is a Rigid Variable Buoyancy Air Vehicle designed to control lift in all stages of air or ground operations. Aeroscraft has the ability of vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) at speeds of over 130 mph!

It includes the capacity to offload cargo without using ballast. Currently it has passed important rounds of ground tests and will enter a flying tests phase over the next 60 days.

All these test were made in a 500,000-square-foot hangar at the Former Marine Corps Air Station in Tustin, California; Thereby it is set to build the full scale version! (Just imagine, what you see in the pictures is the smaller version)!

All these make the Aeroscraft more advanced compared to Airships and Hybrid Airships. The Aeroscraft needs no hangar facility or airport, nor any excessive maintenance ! wahhh!

Civilian versions would offer air cruises at any altitude! Imagine like making a cruise on air and having a comfortable stay , just like you have been in the Titanic! Aeros has already been talking to USTRANSCOM, the United States Transportation Command which is part of the Department of Defence.

There will be cargo and military versions too, capable of transporting anything from ISO-standard containers—like any cargo ship to tanks and hundreds of soldiers.
