And Finally Yahoo redesigns its Question and Answer site for Mobile users

Well! It was a long wait, but its worth for sure. Yahoo Answers, once giant, is back gain with a newly designed layout for mobile devices. According to the reports from the company, the newly refreshed site will be rolled out to users in US in next ten days. Interestingly, Yahoo Answers will be colored in purple instead of the known green color scheme with a revamped personalized home screen with “Everything’ tab. Apart from the design, the company has also modified the functionality, which includes activity notifications, adding photos, videos to the questions & answers and Better discover-able.

Normally when a ‘Best Answer’ has been chosen, no other user will be able to answer the question. But the new Yahoo Answers will allow users to submit answers after the ‘Best Answer’ is chosen. The new design will also have an twitter style indefinite scrolling with in-line answering, commenting and abuse reports.
