Samsung Launched Galaxy 8 Note at Mobile World Congress 2013
From our old post, Samsung to Launch an 8-in Galaxy Note Tablet in Mobile World Congress we had given an hint of Samsung announcing a mid-sized tablet at the Mobile World Congress and it has come true now. Samsung has unveiled Galaxy Note 8.0 at the 2013 Mobile World congress. Samsung considers this as a new addition to its mid-sized tablet category.
The android-powered tablet has a 1.6 GHZ Quad-core processor as its heart of Hardware and an integrated HSPA connectivity. It features an 8″ inch screen with 1280 x 800 TFT (Super Clear LCD) display, a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera, 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, 2GB of RAM, 16 / 32GB of internal flash memory with an additional microSD card slot and Samsung’s S Pen Stylus.
On the software side, a bunch of new features has been put-up. A multi-window feature which allow access to several apps at the same time is a new feature of Samsung Galaxy Note 8. It also has a reading mode, to display E-Books with optimized resolution.
As u are aware, Samsung has already released Galaxy Note II “phablet” and the Galaxy Note 10.1 to the market and Galaxy Note 8 is in line to these products. Galaxy Note 8 is expected to hit the market during the June/July of 2013. Samsung Galaxy Note 8 starts at $329.
