The first real PureView Windows Phone is expected this year – Nokia EOS
Nokia is planning a true PureView Windows Phone codenamed EOS. According to The Verge, Nokia EOS will have a sensor like the one found on Nokia’s 808 PureView .
Also the design is expected to be revised and the body will be built using aluminium instead of the polycarbonate that is used for current Nokia mobiles like the Lumia Windows phones. Of course the sensors will be upgraded, which means the EOS will be ranged as a high-end Lumia.
AT&T is expected to stock the squared edged handset later this year. And sure the EOS is part of a fresh design cycle for Nokia’s Lumia handsets that focuses on a new look. This rumor is also being backed up by Italian smartphone guru Flavio via his Twitter account – which claims “project EOS” will have a 41-megapixel camera. Lets wait for more!
[Exclusive] Nokia to launch project EOS at #MWC13: a Lumia 920 with 41Mpx Pure View camera. Also metal body Lumias.
