Catch up with the educational lectures on the move using this iOS app called “Khan Academy”. The Khan academy founded by Salman Khan in 2006, created an online content containing educational videos. These videos were made available on Google Youtube called “Next EDU Gurus” . In continuation to that, those useful videos comes to smartphone and tablets via iOS app.
The Khan Academy publishes videos that ranges from mathematics to history. The earlier version of application was released only for iPad, which allowed the students to download the videos for offline access. The iPhone version only lets the user to play the videos online, but cannot download like the iPad app or the browser version.
Khan Academy has over 440,000 subscribers in the Youtube channel with over 200 million videos. The videos are also available in different languages including Spanish, Bengali, Farsi and Urdu. The application is available for free to all the students and teachers as well.
