TwitPic launches a free iPhone application that allows you edit the photos and add filters to it before posting them on to the Twitter. According to the reports, the app is currently available only for the iPhone users and soon the android app will be launched, probably the next month. Twitpic was launched in 2008, a service that provides API to power the photo sharing in apps like Tweebot. Here is the features of the app,
