The app automates the entire CyanogenMod installation process thus making it simpler for everyone, expecting very little input from the end-user side. The installer even roots your smartphone and unlocks the bootloader! Although it might not be a one-click process, it is a big opening curve for android newbies to learn and explore custom ROMs. It is sure to be a time-saver and an alternative for the very old way of flashing ROMs!
At its launch, the installer supports limited number of devices like the Google Nexus, newer Samsung Galaxy phones and the HTC One. To flash ROM you will need to connect your phone to a Windows system (version of Mac will come sooner) and run a Windows MSI file.
