Sometimes you might have to set custom settings for each application on Android. For instance, you might have to enable screen rotation for video app and overclock CPU for graphics rich games. Yes, you can make some appropriate changes each time you launch any app, but how about doing it automatically? With the help of an XDA developer emwno, an app called “App Override” lets you assign custom settings for individual app. It means, after launching video app you need not jump to enable the screen rotation, the App Override will do that automatically for you.
Here’s the list of customization options for your apps,
* Font size
* Input method
* Minimum CPU speed
* Maximum CPU speed
* Screen orientation
* Screen timeout
* Sound mode
* WiFi
App Override doesn’t require root access to your device for most of its features except for the modification of CPU clock speed. As said by the developer, App Override is still in beta and it is compatible with devices running Android 2.3 or newer.
