What’s the use of knowing the technology if you don’t support your loved ones? Sometimes you might be in a situation to provide remote support to your family member or friends and help them to setup their new mobile phone. Today we are going to speak about an application called “Zikk mobile to mobile support app”, developed by an XDA member zikkapp that allows you to provide Android support remotely. Ok! before you are worried about the privacy, let me tell you about the privacy protection of the app. The app doesn’t require screen sharing and it can never gain access to your SMS, email etc…Interestingly Zikkapp doesn’t require constant internet access and the recipient can use his phone during the support process.
Using Zikk, you can remotely download apps, change WiFi settings, set wallpaper, modify sound & display settings and more. To use Zikk app, just head on to the link provided at the bottom of this post and install it. Remember the recipient should have the app installed. If not, the user will be asked for sending an automatic SMS with a link to download the app. You can also choose to use share option to send download link via SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook etc…
