On February 6th, 2013 MuscleNerd announced UltrasnOw update with the support for iOS 6.1. The UltrasnOw version 1.2.8 is now compatible with iOS 6.1 main firmware and its been in Cydia for a few days now, says @djawadx @jailbreakmatrix. But you will have to make sure your device is eligible to run UltrasnOw, as it works on iPhone 4 on baseband 01.59.00, or an iPhone 3G/3GS on basebands 04.26.08, 05.11.07, 0.5.12.01, 05.13.04 or 06.15.00.
If you want to check your iPhone’s baseband, then just follow the below steps,
Settings > General > About > Modem Firmware.
If your device is already running the above firmware, then remember that you don’t update baseband while updating to iOS 6.1.
