Generally widgets on Android are meant to be accessible from everywhere, at least that’s what widgets are supposed to be. But instead the behavior is, user has to go to home screen in order to access the widgets. How about an application that lets you to float any widget on top any active application? With the help of an XDA developer/member sak-venom1997, a new app called “Widgets Everywhere” lets you to float widgets over your running application. It means, you have to choose the widget that you wish to float and then it can be moved or resized with a pinch-to-zoom gesture. You can also choose to float multiple widgets and also let those overlap each other. Want to remove one or more floating widgets, you can quickly jump to app’s main menu and delete it.
Widgets Everywhere is compatible with any device that runs on Android 2.1 or newer. This ad-free app can be download from the XDA forum.
