Get ready with these requirements…

* You must own any of these devices: Nexus 4, Nexus 7, Nexus 10, Galaxy Nexus including GSM/HSPA+ (maguro yakju/takju) with an unlocked bootloader. Read this guide to Unlock Android on Nexus devices.

* Download Android 4.3 factory image.

* And Android SDK for your computer, with all the device drivers configured.

Here’s the guide,

Before we start to flash the new factory image, make sure you take a backup of your data. In case, if you had installed custom recovery such as ClockWorkMod or TWRP, then create Nandroid backup.

Step 1: Unzip the downloaded factory image.

Step 2: Switch Off your device and then boot it into fastboot mode by pressing both Volume Up and Down buttons and then hold down the Power button until you see the bootloader mode.

Step 3: Connect the device to your PC via USB. If the fastboot drivers are required to be installed, then they should install automatically. Make sure you had already configured the drivers.

Step 4: Browse into the directory that was extracted in Step 1 and run “flash-all.bat” batch file for windows or “./flash-all.sh” on Linux.

Now wait until the process is completed fully. Remember that your device will reboot few times during the process and once done, it should boot into Android 4.3
