How to change the default browser in iPhone or iPad? – Cydia Browser Changer tweak

Well the default browser in any iOS device is Apple Safari. Apple doesn’t allow the non jailbroken users from changing their default browser in iOS. But the recent launch of Google Chrome for iOS has gone beyond the expectation and many iOS users want to set Chrome as their default browser. Well, a tweak from Cydia called “Browser Changer” lets you to set any third party browser as the default browser in iOS.

The “Browser Changer” tweak can be downloaded freely from Cydia.  After installing the tweak from Bigboss repository, you will have open the settings and look for tab named “Browser Changer”. Just tap on it and enable “Enable Changer”. You can choose the supported browser on your device and then choose if you want to apply settings to Maps and Youtube. Make sure that the Browser toggle is turned on, in case if you are using SBSettings.

That’s it. Clicking any link in the iOS will launch the default browser set using the Browser Changer.
