Updated on September 1, 2017

Well, another jailbreak tweak gets an update for iOS 6 devices. This time it is LockLauncher 2.0 that lets you to place app icons on the Lockscreen and launch them directly. It means, you can tap on all the available app icons on the Lockscreen and launch them at the same time. The current version comes with a support for iOS 6, iPhone 5, fixed icons & its position, icon badges & labels support, added killSwitch, user guide and improved performance. Once the app is installed, you can configure it to choose which apps that you wish to appear on your Lockscreen and position them to your liking.

Al though it is a cool idea to launch the apps directly from the lockscreen, but once the apps are launched you will have to unlock your device to access it. Probably something that is fine with passcode protected devices, but for others they have the same functionality without installing the app.

LockLauncher 2.0 is available in BigBoss repo of Cydia for $1.99. Will you try LockLauncher, let us know your comments.
