iBatteryInfo displays battery information when your device is unplugged

Updated on September 1, 2017

There are enough guides on Techglimpse that can help you to improve your iPhone’s battery life. I can name few; BattSaver jailbreak tweak and Carrot app to improve your smartphone’s battery life. But today we are going to see another jailbreak application that is unique of its kind. iBatteryInfo, a cydia tweak that displays information about your battery when the device is unplugged from power source. Well, it throws information such as, whether your battery is charged fully or not, charging cycles, currently charging status, maximum charging capacity, serial number, amperage output and cable details.

iBatteryInfo Cydia app

iBatteryInfo doesn’t feature any Home screen icon, but comes only with an option in the Settings app to enable or disable the tweak. You might ask why would someone need this? Most of the time your device will say it is fully charged, but it’s not. iBatteryInfo will tell whether your battery is really charged fully or not. You can glimpse through the charging cycles represented in mAh.

Ok! Let me leave it you to judge the usability of the app. iBatteryInfo can be downloaded for free from BigBoss repo of Cydia.
