Now you can easily port them to other Android versions as well.
The developer says, the process involves in reverse engineering using the tools like APKTool and derivatives. You have to decompile files, add few lines of code and then recompile the framework. Once done, the changed files have to be loaded onto your device to see the Jelly Bean easter eggs.
