How to Merge various formats into a single PDF/Word/PPT using MergeFil.es?

Updated on September 1, 2017

Do you have a bunch of files in various formats and want to merge them into a single file, probably into a PDF, Word, PowerPoint or MS Excel? MergeFil.es to the rescue.

MergeFil.es is a free online web application that helps you to combine or merge different file formats such as Image, PDF, DOC, PPT, HTML, PowerPoint and TXT into a single PDF, Word, MS Excel or Powerpoint. Yes, as told earlier – you need not download and install any application, but only need four simple steps to have your files combined.

Four simple steps? Yes dude! Here it is.

Merge JPG,DOC,PPT into PDF

Step 1: Get ready with your files and keep them in a single folder. Listen, store all the files in a single folder! Because, the application doesn’t allow you to upload files from different folders. The files can be in any of the supported format – image, pdf, doc, ppt, excel, html and txt.

Step 2: Head on to MergeFil.es and start uploading all the files. Once done, use the tiny blue up and down arrows located to the right of each file to order them. Remember, the file order will be locked once the merge file is created.

Step 3: Enable or disable compression by selecting the radio button  – Compression OFF/Compression ON.

Step 4: Choose the output format – click on the respective icons. The supported output formats are PDF, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.

That’s it! Now your files are combined into one document.

I tried the application by inputting JPG, PDF, DOC, PPT files and the outputted PDF was a gem!
